Providing quality services in
Spill Remediation, Laboratory Analysis and Sampling, Regulatory Compliance, andIndustrial Services.
G&H assists our clients in streamlining system operations by providing solutions for environmental remediation, including sampling and removing contaminants from all types of environmental media.
Whether your construction project is a natural gas pipeline, gathering facility, electrical powerline, wind turbine, or solar farm G&H Environmental Consulting provides environmental inspectors to ensure your project meets regulatory compliance from beginning to end.
G&H Environmental Consulting’s environmental inspection services are designed to help your construction project achieve, maintain, and document environmental compliance. Our Environmental Inspectors (EIs) offer the professional experience to assist through all phases of construction – environmental field surveys, tree clearing, right-of-way building, active construction, and post-construction restoration. Our EIs are knowledgeable about federal, state, and local environmental permits, as well as the standards and guidelines needed to keep a project successful and in compliance with changing environmental regulations.
G&H inspectors work with utility companies, oil and gas companies, and electric companies on construction and linear projects to help build environmental compliance programs at the field level. Our staff serves as liaisons between designers, planners, managers, and field crews by understanding the requirements of the permits throughout all stages to ensure compliance by the company and all field personnel.
G&H Environmental Consulting provides comprehensive Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) compliance services for facilities from farms to bulk oil distributors. Our knowledgeable compliance team has prepared hundreds of SPCC Plans nationwide and provided clients with the necessary expertise to meet their SPCC Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
Our Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) services include:
G&H Environmental Consulting will help navigate through the complicated SPCC regulatory requirements to create a clear, understandable SPCC Plan specific to each individual facility. Our goal is to protect your facility from failing to meet regulatory requirements while minimizing the regulatory costs and compliance burdens.
The SPCC Plan includes regularly scheduled inspections and documented integrity testing. The SPCC rule requires that records of inspections and tests from the last three years, signed by the appropriate supervisor or inspector are kept. G&H provides professional annual inspection services for all SPCC-regulated facilities and sites to ensure protection from non-compliance penalties.
G&H Environmental Consulting provides comprehensive Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP). Stormwater runoff can pick up industrial pollutants and can contaminate water bodies and degrade biological habitats. For those reasons, stormwater runoff is regulated.
G&H is knowledgeable about the regulations surrounding stormwater runoff and works to keep clients in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and your state and city regulators as well – such as Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). We work with engineers, architects, developers, contractors, industrial and manufacturing facilities, oil & gas, and other stakeholders in becoming compliant.
G&H Environmental Consulting offers some of the most thorough environmental site assessment (ESA) services in the industry. The purpose of these assessments is to identify and assess any characteristics that may be of environmental concern. These assessments are broken into two categories: Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I consists of obtaining and reviewing photographs, site reconnaissance, agency records, and environmental conditions of the area. If the findings of the Phase I ESA suggest potential environmental contamination, G&H will recommend a more thorough Phase II
Phase II environmental site assessment’s purpose is to obtain definitive evidence of contamination through sampling and testing to define specific remediation and cleanup strategies. Phase II assessments typically involve the sampling of building material, stored wastes, groundwater testing, soil vapor, and soil samples to look for the presence of toxic or hazardous waste materials.
Records Search and Risk Assessment (RSRA) is a limited environmental due diligence tool intended to inexpensively evaluate the environmental risk level of the subject property for contamination. The property is either deemed “high or elevated-risk” or “low risk” for contamination.
The Records Search and Risk Assessment involves:
G&H Environmental Consulting’s Records Search and Risk Assessment (RSRA) meets the scope of requirement of the Small Business Administration (SBA).
G&H Environmental Consulting is focused on determining the existence of indoor mold growth, type of mold, along with airborne mold spore concentration (we want to know what you and your family are breathing). Primary types of lab samples that we recommend testing for mold:
